ines: what other difficulties did nezha face at the beginning of the project?
Nezha: The problem we faced at the beginning of the journey was with raw materials — I couldn’t find the fabrics or supplies I needed to create the designs the way I envisioned them. I always felt limited in my options, especially during the early stage of the project when the budget was very tight, and I couldn’t afford to import from abroad or buy large quantities from local suppliers.
Despite all these challenges, Nezha didn’t give up. Instead, she turned those obstacles into motivation to push her creativity even further. She focused on making the best use of the resources she had, and managed to create designs that reflected her personality and appealed to girls who share her sense of style.
Goals and furure developement

Inès: Do you have specific plans for the future? And how would you like to develop your brand?
Nezha: I want to grow my project step by step, see it expand beyond its current limits, and become a strong and well-known name in the fashion world.
One of my dreams is to open my own workshop, fully equipped with all the tools and standards that suit my taste and working style. I want it to be a well-organized space where I use modern techniques and work with skilled and trustworthy women who can bring the designs to life with precision and high quality.
Inès: How do you see the future of your brand?
Nezha: I don’t see my brand as just a small local shop. I want to expand my business and reach every region in Algeria, so that the “Nezha” brand is present in every province and available to people who share my style and vision. And my ambition doesn’t stop there — I dream of taking my brand to the international level and proudly representing Algerian fashion in global markets.
For her, every piece she designs carries a message — expressing Algerian identity in a modern and elegant way. She strongly believes that with hard work, creativity, and patience, anything is possible.
